Who I Am:

I am an energetic, optimistic, inquisitive, intelligent, passionate, green, and active single mother of two incredible children (a 15-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy). Things I enjoy: hanging out with my kids (we have a lot of fun together), reading in a sunny spot in the backyard, cooking a fancy new vegan dish, engaging conversations, dancing the night away, running and hiking (especially with Casey, our dog), and volunteering (recently gathered 3,200 signatures to get a measure on the ballot to help farm animals). My job is wonderful - I am a software designer. My focus is on interactive games and learning activities for children's toys.

I am looking for someone who has the desire to enjoy every aspect of life... watching the kids play soccer on a sunny day, reading a newspaper together on the plush velvet couch at the local coffee shop, dressing up for a night of dancing, laughing at something silly we have done, discussing life decisions, sharing feelings, thoughts, emotions... Someone who is quick and intelligent - who enjoys learning about new things and discussing them. Someone who has a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and a sense of humor. I very much appreciate those who believe we each have the power to make a positive difference in the world.
