BIOGRAPHY , is the owner of , a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm. Mr. earned
his Associate of Arts degree in 1966 from New Mexico Military Institute and
was an Alternate Appointee to the United States Military Academy. At Northern
Arizona University he majored in Business Administration where he was awarded
his Bachelor of Science degree. While serving as Captain, US Army Adjutant
General Corps., he completed graduate study in Finance at Louisiana State
University and subsequently attended Southern Methodist University for
additional graduate study in Investments and Management. As of May, 2002, Mr.
has completed 1.5 years of his law school studies at the Santa Barbara
College of Law and the Denver University School of Law. From 1971 to 1983, Mr. served as Director and CEO of three corporationsspecializing in tax planning and investment management for corporations,individuals and trusts, and published a nationally accredited investment and
tax planning newsletter for business executives and professionals. During
this time, Mr. directed capital formation efforts providing funds for many
business projects and over seventy-five major real estate transactions within
which he had a principal ownership and management interest.Mr. is also a professional Financial Planner and in this capacity wasengaged for many years as a speaker conducting symposiums, workshops andlectures throughout the United States on the subjects of Tax, Estate, and Investment Planning. He is the former owner of the Dallas franchise of the
Womens Basketball League, The Dallas Diamonds and has served as Associate
Producer of two major motion pictures. Mr. holds membership in many
professional associations and organizations, and has been biographed in Who's
Who in Finance and Industry.

I'm Looking for:

With the help of American Airlines Special Services Department at Denver International
Airport, I arranged for lotsa roses to be delivered to the jet-bridge of my flight from Denver to LAX.
Before departing from Denver, I was escorted into the cockpit by
Special Services, Denver, and I asked the Captain to make an announcement,
once we were airborne, to enlist the help of everyone on the plane, with my romantic idea.
He did so, and with the help of the flight attendants, I circulated a picture of my Girl among the passengers and asked them that as each of them got off the plane, to pick-up a rose, walk down the jet-bridge, and go up to my Girl and say, Michael will be right with you.
As the passengers walked off the plane, some of the men said, Do you
Know how hard you’ e making it for the rest of us? (TeeHee!)
The women were saying, If she doesn’t marry you I will! And the kids were all giving me high-fives. I was the last person off the plane, and I had a special, two dozen more roses. As I walked down the jet-bridge I could see all of the passengers waiting for what would happen next. None of them left!
There in the middle of everyone was my Girl. She had a beautiful smile
And right then, everything was just incredible.
My heart was racing and I really cant remember ever being so nervous.
As I exited the jet-bridge, I saw three times as many people as were on the plane, all standing around to see what all the commotion was about.
I walked up to my Girl, got down on one knee and said, My Girl, I love you with all my heart, and I want you to spend the rest of your life with me. Will you keep me?
I then opened the box containing the ring, that I had so specially had made, and presented it to her.
To the sound of everyone’s cheering and applauding, My Girl said…
