Title: WANTED - star from my constellation

Who I Am:
|
I'm 51 and 5'71/2" but still I carry the heart of a child who needs a hug. I'm independant by nature and financially. I've a head that's screwed on, containing all sorts of rubbish and treasures. A body that's wearing well. A conscience that is socially and environmentally friendly and a spirit that flies high. They're asking to be shared with the man who fits. I hope he is happy, broad minded, at least a bit alternative, versatile, open to different viewpoints and full of ideas so we can have good discussions about anything and everything.
For fun? I like old boats (my own little island on this planet) camping, planting things and watching them grow, restoring things, music, live bands, walking, cooking, festivals plus poetry and books; sometimes they're mindbogglingly beautiful, sometimes pure escapism, often they're thought provoking which gives me a buzz.
My religion? For me,our spirituality, common to the whole world, is the mystery that intrigues, comforts and gladdens me.
My education? I left school at 16, when it dawned on me that it was voluntary. I thought I could sail away and come home the same one year later. I changed and 1 year turned to 8. I did my degree later.
Favourite places? Long hot grass by water for picnics. Trapped on the marshes in my boat watching the seals watching me in their world. I'd like to go to India but only by land with you.
Favourite things? My sons, friends, family, and tortoises.
The magical things in my world? Flowers, dew, digging up potatoes, animals, music, chocolate, babies toes, sailing, the moon and stars, sunsets and sunrises, fire and water, seas and sky, books and poetry, gin and tonic, laughing and sharing plus my bed.
My dreams? They're simple! Chatting with our friends on my boat. Lying at a festival, grass between our toes and you by my side. Waking in your arms in a van. Sharing your dreams. Feeling the magic of loving and being loved again, slowly growing together with our new shoots entwined.

I'm Looking for:
|
|
Well, he'll just feel like home. He'll be similar to me I suppose, slightly wild and earthy. Optimistic, respectful, intelligent, happy, alternative and versatile are adjectives that come to mind. It would be great if he brought a new artistic dimension to my life while complimenting what I already have.
