Who I Am:

I am a man seeking a slender to average woman for companion or marriage between ages 35 and 58 (See below). I am not bad to eye, I am a gentleman, honorable and respectful of others. I have humor, varied interests, and positivity. I have a job and income and medical coverage (whoooppeeee!). I am healthy, (In my health... I am near 100%; I can no longer jump a 10' fence or swim the channel between Alcatraz and S.F. It is not the cold nor the current.... it is the debris and there is one shark there abouts that has it in for me..... a loan shark. I owe $.35 cents and he is out for blood........ catsup fools him none!).

I own my own home (of unconventional construction) built into the Mountainside of the "Blue Ridge Mountains" on 3 acres at 3,000 feet up. Partially wooded, pastoral = rural ...... quiet and open to sun, moon and with stars aplenty.
My pet preferance is the retired ex-racing greyhound dog. I have been associated with the rescue of these dogs for several years.
I like to travel, explore, adventure in areas of the arts, entertainment, historical and archeological attractions, some racing events. Recreation includes landscaping and horticulture (college studies and work history), camping, hiking, fishing and boating.
I like mountains and clear crisp air and roaring rocky streams. I like to watch the stars at night with no city lights nor huge full moon (although a full moon is a passion all of it's own). The sounds of woodland nights make camping a pleasure and a fright.... add to this a quiet Canadian lake where loons call for their mates. "Hey! I am over here you silly old loon!"
I do not like deceit. (who does?), nor alpha, impatient, judgemental characteristics in others. (who does?)
Concerning the woman I seek, for whom I expect to share life and mutual interests: may she be compassionate, a bit unconventional, intelligent, adventurous, innovative, spontaneous, hygienic, passionate, and romantic. May she be of sound mind; may she be without rage and tantrums nor be irresponsible nor a slob.

Her wealth will be that she is artistic and creative, satisfied and confident. May she be perhaps a bit uninhibited, a bit of a tease, good natured, a wit, up-beat, self-reliant, discreet-not rumor oriented. May she be sexually active, open minded, inventive and curious ....... and not boring, and not hurried ....... may she enjoy the roses and delights leading to intimacies' shared reward.
We all have idiosyncracies: quirks, dislikes and anger and some odd humor ...... tolerance and understanding and acceptance are wondrous personal skills to have. Share the pedestal.........
I am a meandering stream that knows its boundaries and respects them ..... there are joyous rapids and wondrous deep quiet pools to be shared with my taken .....
thru each season .... to enjoy the offerings of each: spring and it's renaissance, summer and it's warmth, autumn with color and aroma, and winter...... a fire-place, a coziness, celebrations, rest and recreations. Hmmmmm! Enjoy the trip of life and blurr the focus on the finality.
