Who I Am:

Yeah, I know the picture is real blurry - I'll be happy to send a better one privately once I get to know someone a little.
Though I do "play well with others" -- usually anyway ;), I�m comfortable with solitude and happy with myself. I�m in love with life and am active, open-minded, curious, and always ready to learn something new.
My friends describe me as easy-going, caring, loyal, capable, adventurous, sometimes outspoken, different (I take that one as a compliment), funny (hmm, so how do they mean that one�lol).
While I grew up in the country, cities have their attractions too. I love thunderstorms, rainbows, anything that blooms, quiet misty mornings � Amusement park rides are great� the wilder the better. Visiting museums and conservatories, dancing, most any physical activity, and of course just �playing� ;) are all favorites. I even relish a good debate now and then, as long as no one takes it too seriously ;).
I�ve traveled a bit and have been self-employed most of my life. I�ve done many types of work, including training horses, R&D, 3-D CAD, and crisis intervention.
I don�t give a hoot about �what the neighbors think�; I care about what�s �right�, and I will stand by my friends to the end. Honesty, integrity, and strength of character are very important to me. Other than that, I�ll know what I�m looking for when I find it.

I'm Looking for:

I'm mainly looking for friendship -- But I'm not against something more if it happens. I certainly appreciate physical beauty, though for lasting relationships it's inner character and depth that shine through. Every person has their own unique set of qualities so I can't possibly put who I'm looking for in this little box. I don't, however, like negative thinkers or chronic complainers -- life is precious and wondrous, so who'd want to waste their time with that?
