Who I Am:

I'm a unique energetic person who is on the path of personal transformation. I think my best qualities are my energy and enthusiasm. I am currently in career transition. I'll be taking yoga teacher training this fall, and expect to incorporate yogic philosophy and presence into mind-body therapy practice. I enjoy the outdoors, canoeing, hiking, biking, walks in the park, offbeat movies, all kinds of food, and authentic, honest company.
