Who I Am:

I'm a bit challenged vertically and follically, but height and hair are overrated anyway. Being well-educated, self-confident, financially solvent, emotionally sound and in excellent health, I can more than hold my own in virtually any situation. There is a deeper, introspective side to me, which I reveal to only a few. I come with no baggage, save for a small carry-on for the essentials. My sense of humor is a bit off-center, allowing me to see the world from a slightly skewed perspective (I like the view from there). My passions are travel (especially cruising), music (from jazz to the classics, with detours around metal, country and hip-hop), animal rescue (my latest success is pictured with me), and home renovation (the two-year resurrection project on my townhome is about 95 percent complete). I've also learned to cook pretty well (the Food Network Hotline is on my speed dial just in case ...), and am an excellent dancer. I patronize as many outdoor art and craft shows as I can, and you'll also find me occasionally rummaging through yard sales and flea markets. I've attended dozens of live theatre productions and concerts, and generally try to live as much of the Florida lifestyle as my schedule permits. I really love where I am in life - don't look or act my age, but still get the senior discounts. If you're looking for a trophy, I may disappoint (actually, I've been banned from Glamour Shots ... not even a pink boa will make me look any better). But if your wishes are to be treated as the lady you are, to laugh out loud, to enjoy the moment, and then take it from there (to wherever it may go), you just might have stumbled on to something.
