I have found that the best way to make the fast crazy world around you stop spinning is to go barefoot in the grass. Lately its been just in my backyard with my dog named Zoe. At this writing there is a mild Thunderstorm dancing outside my window. I of course have the window open because the smell and feel of the storm wind is delightful.
